Growing Hope is seeking a Development Director – a relationship-oriented, highly organized, motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented person with fundraising experience. This person is responsible for successful implementation and administration of annual fundraising goals, and acts as a support for raising the remaining targets of an ongoing capital campaign. This person will work closely with the Executive Director and board of directors to provide leadership in planning, executing, and growing goals in annual giving, major giving, and sponsorships, in particular, and will supervise a Marketing & Events Manager in carrying out special events. This individual will also support the Executive Director in capital campaign and foundation relations, oversee donor research, donor stewardship and communications, and database management.  Qualified candidate may also play support role in grant writing and other earned revenue strategies, as well as overall organizational marketing.
