Hope's Harvest

The 6th Annual Hope’s Harvest Benefit Dinner will take place on the afternoon of  Sunday, September 19 from at the future home of the Growing Hope Center-- 922 W. Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti, MI. Tickets are on sale now online, and are limited in number, so get yours today!  Tickets are $75 for full price, and currently on an early bird (with a limited quantity) special for $65.  Our annual ticketed event brings together local growers, chefs, and eaters for a delicious and enjoyable afternoon.  Delectable dishes feature sustainably-grown, local ingredients, and tours through the gardens and hoophouse, live music, and the company of other supporters of Growing Hope make this an event not to be missed!

Last year we celebrated the inaugural Sustainable Community Award.  Matt and Rene Greff, owners of Arbor Brewing Company and the Corner Brewery, were honored for their ongoing commitment to Growing Hope, and for building the local economy with two of Washtenaw County’s most sustainable home-grown businesses.  There is still time to nominate an individual or business to receive the 2010 Sustainable Community Award at Hope’s Harvest on Sunday, Sept 19. The nomination form is quick and easy so take a few minutes to nominate a person or business very soon – the deadline for nominations is Tuesday August 24!

There are still opportunities for you to donate to the event's silent auction-- a great way for you to contribute to Growing Hope and gain exposure for your business, product, or service.  Learn more about that sponsorship opportunity here as you plan for 2011 sponsorships.
