Internships Growing Hope supports high school, college, and out-of-school individuals in unpaid internships throughout the year. We can work with you to meet internship requirements for school when relevant. We require, in general, a minimum 12-week commitment, with a regular schedule working a minimum of 10 hours/week. See below for specific descriptions and opportunities!

Urban Farm and Demonstration Gardens Internships
– Propagation & Season Extension. 4 Sessions, Winter (start January), Spring (stars in April), Summer (starts June) & Fall (starts September)
– Home Vegetable Garden Program. 2 Sessions, starting March 2019

Our full board meets monthly with additional monthly committee meetings. The time commitment is roughly 8-10 hours each month. We’re looking for board members ready to be good ambassadors and fundraisers for the organization, and who can help to oversee the governance and future of Growing Hope.
