On September 30th, guests can look forward to a meal prepared by Chef Sean Marshall of Prime and Proper in Detroit. Sean’s food tends to have an asian flare, with unexpected techniques and well thought out flavor profiles. Dessert will be crafted by local pastry chef extraodinaire Melissa Wilde. Cultivate Coffee and Taphouse will be generously donating the wine and beer for the event, as well as pairing a specially crafted cocktail with the main course.
